Celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival in New Westminster with a special Mandarin/English Storytime at Kinder Books! Join local author Song Ting as she shares her story

followed by a traditional Mandarin nursery rhyme celebrating the moon.

Children will then create their own Mid-Autumn Festival lantern in a guided craft activity inspired by this cherished cultural celebration. Families will enjoy stories, language, music, and hands-on creativity while learning about one of the most important festivals in many Asian cultures.

This family-friendly event in New Westminster is perfect for children who speak Mandarin, are learning Mandarin, or are curious about Chinese language and culture. Everyone is welcome!
