Inspire, learn, and grow!
Kinder Books facilitates learning and growth, building on children's natural curiosity to develop their sense of self through a joyful and fun exporation of books. Founder and owner Anne Uebbing connects with the community and supports education by offering children's literature that explores nuanced ideas on various topics.
This is a not a standard collection of cookie-cutter titles, it is a highly curated selection of unique stories, and Anne has personally read every one of them at least once. This commitment to curation is why Anne is much more than a book merchant; she is a literacy consultant.

We would like to acknowledge that the land where we learn, live, and play on is the traditional and unceded territory of the Halq'eméylem speaking Coast Salish peoples. This refers to a language group that more widely encompasses the Indigenous people who used and continue to use this land, and includes nations such as the Qayqayt, qʼʷa:n̓ƛʼən̓(Kwantlen), Katzie,kʷikʷəƛw̓əm(Kwikwetlem), xʷməθkʷəy̓əm(Musqueam), Stó:lō, sc̓əwaθn məsteyəxʷ(Tsawwassen), and Tsleil-Waututh.
