Refund policy

Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase*, provided they are in original condition (unused, clean, unaltered) and in original packaging (if applicable).

Holiday purchases made between Nov 1-Dec 24,2025, can be returned/exchanged until Jan 10,2026 (no exceptions)

Non-returnable items:

  • Seasonal items (Christmas, Easter, Valentine’s, etc.)

  • Puppets

  • Calendars

  • Bath/Fabric books/books with sounds

  • Stationery

  • Opened games/card decks

  • Local artist products

  • Prints

  • Opened Toys/card decks

  • Gift cards

  • Greeting cards

  • Sale or discontinued items

  • Special orders

Proof of purchase is required. Returns are eligible for exchange or a store gift card. No cash or credit card refunds.






Holiday Returns for purchase made between Nov 15-Dec 31,2025

  • For holiday purchases, the last date for returns is January 7, 2026. No exceptions will be made.
