Begin the morning with a special crow-themed storytime, featuring delightful picture books celebrating these clever and fascinating birds. Then, join local artist Nicholas Brancati for a fun and creative mixed-media art workshop inspired by our feathered friends.

Participants will begin by sketching a crow before bringing it to life using a variety of papers, fabrics, and other textured materials. By cutting, tearing, layering, and gluing different elements, each participant will create a one-of-a-kind mixed-media collage full of colour and texture.

This hands-on workshop introduces the exciting medium of collage while encouraging creativity, experimentation, and self-expression through the use of unconventional materials. No previous art experience is necessary, and every participant will leave with their own unique artwork.
