Meanwhile, a young Cambodian girl named Leap discovers a latent ability to communicate with a gigantic half-buried statue made of stone. Bora, her twin brother, mocks her for fabricating a fairy tale to escape their difficult daily lives. Then Kyma the stone Giant speaks to Bora, turning the fable into reality.
